Lemon Drizzle Cake - Our legendary lemon drizzle cake. This has never been off the menu at the Doyles Deli, as it is so popular. A sponge flavoured with lots of fresh lemon zest and soaked in lots of syrup made with the fresh lemon juice.

Fruit tea loaf Loaf - A classic moist loaf studded with tea-soaked vine fruits. Fat free. Traditionally it is spread with butter. If you like butter, this makes it extra delicious, but the cake is so moist on its own it doesn't need it, and of course it will then no longer be fat free!

'Sachertorte' - For chocoholics, our version of 'Sachertorte' is made with two layers of cake, dense with dark chocolate and ground almonds, filled with apricot jam and coated all over with more apricot jam and a glossy dark chocolate ganache.
