Packaging

We try to minimise the amount of packaging used to wrap our home baking, but need to conform to the current food hygiene regulations, and meeting customer expectations of presentation for high quality baking.

Ideally, if you live nearby and would like your cake or pudding presented on one of your own plates, and can drop it off some time before you expect to collect the order, we can serve your pudding on it.

If we supply your order presented on a plastic platter, this will need to be recycled with household rubbish after use. However, if you are able to return it, we may be able to wash and re-use it, to minimise the build up of land fill.

Orders sent by post will be packed, as much as possible, using recycled cardboard boxes and packing materials.
